Softens Steel Price Blow With enrollment growing steadily since its
opening in 2001, the Scenic View Center at the mouth of Utah's Provo canyon needed
more space. The center, which specializes in the treatment of men with learning
and other disabilities, wanted a space that would bring students and staff together
