Buck knifes are known by outdoor enthusiasts around the world. The company had operated from factories in southern California for more than 100 years but finally decided to pull up stakes for a climate they said was more "business friendly." They found that place in Post Falls, Idaho and recently opened their new headquarters and manufacturing plant in February.

New Chapter for Historic High School


Built in 1914, Davis High School was the oldest in the Davis School District. After decades of expansions and additions, it was time for the beloved building to come down. The design of the new building is meant to facilitate new methods of teaching and is serving as a model for future district projects.

More than a New School


The Davis School District needed to replace the aging North Davis Junior High School which could no longer accommodate the numbers and needs of students. Clearfield City needed a new swimming pool and better utilization of the city's Fisher Park. Joining forces and budgets, the city and the district were able to get what they needed and more.
