Burley Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion



Best Civil/Infrastructure Project

This nearly $23 million upgrade and expansion project is the first major upgrade to the City of Burley’s wastewater treatment plant. The project consists of over 18,000 cu. yds. of cast in place concrete, plus several thousand feet of pipe ranging in size from one inch up to 48 inch. The major structures built included a screenings and lift station, oxidation ditch, RAS, WAS Building, three clarifiers, solids handling facility, digesters, tertiary treatment filter building, ultra violet disinfection facility, and several miscellaneous electrical and blower buildings.
