The 33,500 sq. ft., three-story Murray Park Medical Building was designed to reflect a historic art-deco brick feel from the early 1900’s, as dictated by Murray City’s historic overlay district zoning requirements.

The structural system consists of moment frame steel bays to keep views of the surrounding park and mountain areas unobstructed by the building structure. The mechanical system is a variable air volume system which is controlled by a direct digital control system. This system maximizes specific zone sizing, zone control, and gives the owner the ability to operate and monitor the entire mechanical system remotely. The electrical service has been sized to accommodate high draw medical equipment such as X-Ray, MRI, CT-Scan and/or other similar equipment.

Interior lobbies consist of granite floor tile, cherry wood wainscot and crown mold, decorative wall sconces and chandeliers, and ceramic tile clad floors and walls in all restrooms to give the building a Class “A” finish.
