Salt City Plaza is a mixed-use office and hotel project in Salt Lake City with an estimated total construction cost of $80 million. The development encompasses approximately 5 acres and will consist of four hotels providing more than 540 total rooms and suites, spa facilities (centrally located to accommodate hotel guests and office tenants), restaurants, retail and approximately 90,000-sq-ft of Class A office space. The project includes ground-level, store-front parking plus a multi-story, sub-grade parking structure. The first phase of the three-phase project will begin in June and will last until first quarter of 2011.
