The 400 South Interchange Project in Springville, Utah is a design-build project that entails two bridge replacements, the construction of a new 4-lane bridge, and a complete roadway reconstruction from I-15 to US 89. The existing conventional I-15 interchange at 400 South will be replaced with a Single Point Urban Interchange (SPUI). The construction of the I-15 interchange bridge will utilize precast deck panels and MSE walls. The four ramps leading up to the bridge will require nearly 250,000 cu yds of imported fill. The project will run through July 2010.
