Located outside of Boise, this project is a 750,000-sq-ft distribution center that includes dry storage, trailer return center, and refrigeration. The structure is concrete tilt-up for the dry warehouse, and insulated metal paneling for the perishable warehouse. The roof is a hybrid steel-wood system. The one-year project is slated to finish in August 2009. Winco is also currently building two stores in Utah, with a third also starting in 2009.
