This is one of most significant high school projects in Rexburg’s history, one that has proved challenging from a budget standpoint. Hogan & Assoc. was involved in an extensive pre-construction and value engineering process that helped save the Madison School District $2 million. The new school will include 225,000 sq ft of classrooms, labs, administration areas, a cafeteria, a gymnasium, locker rooms, a media center, auto and welding shops, an auditorium, a weight room, and computer labs.
