This key two-year infrastructure project began in May 2008 and consists of the installation of more than 100 miles of pipe and the creation of two reservoirs – 25 acre ft and 15 acre ft, respectively. The project requires the coordination of a myriad of contractors for 19 different construction contracts, including transmission/distribution lines, reservoirs and filter stations.
