This project for Idaho National Laboratory near Idaho Falls is slated to break ground in July, with a completion in late 2011. Building is a 131,000-sq-ft, 3-story steel frame with metal panel exterior cladding. 60% of the space will be utilized for research laboratories and 40% for office, support and meeting space. A 350-seat auditorium will be for lab and public use. The project is aiming for LEED Gold certification.
