Hogan & Assoc. is in the midst of transforming the old Veteran's Administration hospital in the foothills of Salt Lake City’s Avenues District into the city's first ultra-luxury condominium. The historic 80,000-sq-ft structure was originally built in 1924 on 3.4 acres. And will offer owners an inspiring panoramic view of the Salt Lake Valley, the Wasatch and Oquirrh Mountains and the Great Salt Lake. The Meridien features 28 fully-customizable residences within its five floor. Condos come with many high-end features including 10- to 12-ft' ceilings, sub zero refrigerators, dual fuel ranges, slab granite countertops, natural stone or hardwood flooring, custom interior doors, cases and baseboards, and private elevator lobbies.

The building is neo-classical in its design, with elements that are Georgian in heritage. The structure is graced by a variety of grand architectural elements, including symmetrical facade, cornices and parapets and porticos. Garland embellishments on the tympanum frame a small, circular window, while keystones secure each window opening. The main entrance features an elegant porte-cochere to protect those entering or leaving the building from the elements, while making a dramatic architectural statement.
