Montage Resort and Spa at Deer Valley in Park City, Utah is a logistically challenged 1,000,000-sq-ft mountain resort. This five-star luxury resort with ski-in, ski-out service will offer some of the finest recreational experiences in the area. Sitting on a 16-acre site, Montage is comprised of a hotel, spa and penthouse. Features include 126 guestrooms and 47 suites, each with a gas fireplace, private balcony/patio, beautiful views and the highest-quality furnishings. The resort will also feature retail and commercial space, a bowling alley, an outdoor pool and whirlpool spas, ballrooms and several boardrooms. The 35,000-sq-ft spa will include locker areas for men and women with steam showers and saunas, an indoor lap pool, fitness center, spa boutique, juice bar and full-service salon. The project has 157 deep foundation piers up to three feet in diameter and as deep as 95-ft. Scheduled for substantial completion September 2010.
