This design-build project in south Salt Lake County consists of the construction of auxiliary lanes on I-15 northbound and southbound between 11400 South and 10600 South. Construction of a new single-point-urban interchange (SPUI) at I-15 and 11400 South, including reconstruction on I-15 from theoretical gore to theoretical gore, and construction of 11400 South interchange from South Jordan Gateway to State Street. Construction of a five lane road at 11400 South between 3600 West and South Jordan Gateway and construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk and park strip along State Street form 11800 South to 11400 South in areas which are void of curb, gutter and sidewalk.

There is also reconstruction from the end of the new PCCP pavement south of 10600 South to the theoretical gores north of 11400 South, reconstruction from the theoretical gores south of 11400 South to the new PCCP pavement north of 12300 South. Construction of the I-15 northbound auxiliary lane from 12300 South to 11400 South  and I-15 southbound auxiliary lane from 12300 South to 11400 South. The project began Nov. 2008 and will wrap up July 2010.
