Daw Incorporated, a Draper, Utah based specialty construction company, announced today the sale of its business to LD Bowerman Associates, LLC, also of Draper. Daw Inc., a privately held family business established in 1952, is a leading specialty contractor serving the commercial, retail and institutional construction industries throughout the Intermountain West. The company will now be known as Daw Construction Group, LLC, and will continue to provide high quality service and products to its clients, said L.D. Bowerman. Both Ryan and Gordon Daw will remain with the company as managers. LD Bowerman Associates, LLC is a privately held investment entity, led by L.D. Bowerman. Since coming to Draper in 1997, Bowerman has launched several commercial, retail and residential projects in the area as well as other companies in the region. The distribution of MBI and Batt insulation products will also move forward, he said. In addition, Daw's new residential design center, Stone Creek Design, located in the corporate offices at 12552 S 125 West, will proceed in its new business arena, offering high-end plumbing fixtures, residential door and hardware products, as well as specialty fireplace castings.

"Our sale to Bowerman is a very positive move forward for the company," Ryan Daw stated. "I anticipate strong synergies with the Bowerman Group, enabling Daw Construction to continue our tradition of quality work and positive contributions to many projects within the State of Utah and the Intermountain West."
